Wing Commander Creator Returns with a New Space Sim

After a long hiatus, Christ Roberts, creator of the PC space sim series Wing Commander back in the day has returned, and is making a new space sim called Star Citizen, to be released exclusively on PC, according to 1UP. (Interesting choice, considering a large amount of developers develop games for consoles only)

Personally, I can’t wait, especially since I never played a space sim before. If you’re interested in checking out the Wing Commander series, GOG.com has some of the games for sale (no DRM!!!).

GTA V Demo Revealed

It looks like we’ll finally get our hands on a demo for the much-anticipated Grand Theft Auto V soon. According to Computer and Video Games, Rockstar Games has shown a demo of the game to the press toady (as was tweeted by Game Informer editor-in-chief Andy McNamara). The gaming magazine Game Informer will have an exclusive cover story on the game in the December issue, which goes on sale next month .
